Depth Therapy was created by the psychiatrist Carl Jung. Depth Therapy is ideal for individuals who are ready to do a deep dive into hidden feelings and memories that influence relationships, well-being, and living into your peak potential. An essential goal of depth therapy is what Jung called individuation, which involves integrating the different aspects of your personality into a unified whole, empowering you to become your best self.

Depth Therapy is ideal for people who have accomplished many life goals. They may have achieved a successful career and have a stable family life, but they still want to explore new paths for self-expression and contribution to the world.
