Depth Therapy and Psychospiritual Development

Psychospiritual Development: Pathways to Ancient Wisdom

Integrating Psychology and Ancient Spiritual Wisdom

The truth is that there is nothing new under the sun. Spiritual teachers from all traditions claim that the answers to personal transformation lie within each of us. The psychiatrist Carl Jung believed that our journey to become the best version of ourselves unfolds in the first and second halves of life. In the first half, we face the challenges of establishing a place for ourselves and our loved ones by learning to become better partners, parents, and providers. In the second half of life, we uncover a deeper longing to love those we are connected with: ourselves, the human community, nature, and the divine presence within and around us. Connecting with this energy of love opens us to greater possibilities for being a light in the world.

Discover the Joy and Fulfillment of Psychospiritual Integration

Every person can enter the forest of the unknown and discover what Paulo Coelho describes in his book, The Alchemist, the inner treasure that empowers you to pursue your life’s calling. Contemporary spiritual masters like Richard Rohr and Eckhart Tolle teach us how to live in the present and find our true selves through the ancient practice of contemplation. Learning to grow from the insights of our dreams allows us to reach deeper into our conscious awareness. Dan Siegel, a leading psychiatric authority, has clarified the use of the Enneagram to identify our nine developmental pathways for transformation. If you wish to dive deeper into self-understanding, pursuing a path of Depth Therapy may be the right choice. Dr. Regier can help you unlock the hidden treasures of divine love.

Depth Therapy was created by the psychiatrist Carl Jung. Depth Therapy is ideal for individuals who are ready to do a deep dive into hidden feelings and memories that influence relationships, well-being, and living into your peak potential. An essential goal of depth therapy is what Jung called individuation, which involves integrating the different aspects of your personality into a unified whole, empowering you to become your best self.

Depth Therapy is ideal for people who have accomplished many life goals. They may have achieved a successful career and have a stable family life, but they still want to explore new paths for self-expression and contribution to the world.

This powerful method of psychotherapy uses techniques like dream analysis, journaling, active imagination, narrative therapy, and applying the meaning found in wisdom literature and mythology.
