Integrating Psychology and Ancient Spiritual Wisdom
The truth is that there is nothing new under the sun. Spiritual teachers from all traditions claim that the answers to personal transformation lie within each of us. The psychiatrist Carl Jung believed that our journey to become the best version of ourselves unfolds in the first and second halves of life. In the first half, we face the challenges of establishing a place for ourselves and our loved ones by learning to become better partners, parents, and providers. In the second half of life, we uncover a deeper longing to love those we are connected with: ourselves, the human community, nature, and the divine presence within and around us. Connecting with this energy of love opens us to greater possibilities for being a light in the world.

Discover the Joy and Fulfillment of Psychospiritual Integration With Depth Psychotherapy
Every person can explore the hidden depths of the unconscious and uncover what Paulo Coelho, in The Alchemist, calls the “inner treasure”—the source of empowerment that fuels your life’s purpose. Spiritual guides like Richard Rohr and Eckhart Tolle teach us how to embrace the present and discover our true selves through contemplation.
A Jungian approach to dream analysis helps you access deeper levels of consciousness, revealing insights buried in your unconscious. Within these depths lie untapped potential and the power to create transformative change, leading to a peace that transcends external circumstances. This journey of self-discovery allows you to evolve and express your unique gifts to the world.
The Enneagram, an ancient personality mapping tool, has helped countless individuals worldwide break free from limiting behavioral patterns and embark on self-discovery. Psychiatric expert Dr. Dan Siegel advocates for the Enneagram as a guide to discover nine developmental pathways for transformation. True fulfillment comes from understanding how to work with, rather than against, our human nature—unlocking the higher power of love within us.
If you seek deeper self-awareness, Depth Therapy may be the right path for you. Dr. Regier can guide you in uncovering the hidden treasures of human and divine love.
